Abstract:
To miniaturize a booster without causing any mixture of a working fluid and a pressurized fluid.
A booster 1 including a piston 14 driven to be moved by a working fluid flowing into a cylinder tube 11 and a piston rod 15 moved integrally with the piston 14 and provided with an effective area smaller than that of the piston 14 is constructed in such a manner that a fluid in a booster chamber formed to include a part of the piston rod 15 is pressurized by the movement of the piston rod 15. The piston rod 15 is provided in a hole 38 formed in the piston rod 15 so as to be opened in the tip side of the piston rod 15.
