Title:
BOOT PACKING
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2004232418
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a boot packing which positively prevents the infiltration of concrete into a sleeve, eliminates the formation of a joint and the accumulation of dust, and is good in workability.

The rubber boot packing 1 is mounted at the end of the sleeve 2 embedded and penetrated in continuous footing, and formed of a short cylinder 1a fitted to the end of the sleeve 2, and a disk 1b blocking an opening at one end of the short cylinder 1a. The disk 1b has a cutting groove 1c concentrically formed therein, and therefore an area of the disk inside the cutting groove 1c is defined as a cuttable circular cover 1d and an area outside the cutting groove 1c is defined as an annular plate packing 1e. The packing is driven into the concrete without cutting the circular cover 1d, and therefore the infiltration of the concrete into the sleeve can be positively prevented.
