Title:
BOTTLE CAN MADE OF METAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2008056358
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a bottle can having a good opening torque and being capable of reliably obtaining corrosion resistance at a threaded portion in spite of using ink containing foamable microcapsules.

The ink 21 that contains the foamable microcapsules 22 is applied on the portions except the threaded portion 14 on the surface of the can base substrate. For example, the ink is applied to a portion below the threaded portion 14. The foamable microcapsules 22 contained in the ink 21 has gas or low-boiling point liquid sealed therein, and are spherules that have properties of foaming their volumes when they are heated. Since the foamable microcapsules 22 obtain diffuseness of light by being heated, the surface of the base substrate can have an excellent matted pattern. After the ink 21 is applied, an over varnish 23 is applied thereon.
