PURPOSE: To make a driving force for rotation of bottles unnecessary and to enable easy maintenance of the constitution.

CONSTITUTION: A plurality of bottle mounting parts 2 are provided in capable of rotation with an interval in the circumferential direction around a turn table 1 driven and turned around the center. A rotating pulleys 3 for having the bottle mounting parts 2 rotate are provided at each of the bottom mounting parts 2. An endless fixed belt 4 is provided capable of changing its position for having the bottle mounting parts 2 rotate in contact with the rotating pulleys 3 at a part of the turn table 1 in the circumferential direction.
