Abstract:

PURPOSE: To uniformalize the adhesion pressure in an uneven part, prevent the breakage of paper, and improve the certainty of adhesion, as for a bound paper worked article and a metal mold for binding.
CONSTITUTION: Each sectional shape of the uneven parts 14a and 14b which are formed by heating and pressing a plurality of paper sheets 10a which has surfaces coated with an adhesive substance which are put one upon another, to a curved surface which is constituted by smoothly varying the radius of curvature, and the pressing force applied to the paper sheets 10a is effectively dispersed along the shapes of the uneven parts 14a and 14b.
