Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a flushing toilet stool without use of a siphon structure by filling water in a tilting bowl provided at the lower part of a toilet water basin to seal the discharge opening of the water basin, with water and inclining the tilting bowl to drain the washing water for the water basin.
SOLUTION: A tilting bowl 8 is provided at the lower part of a water basin 3 of a toilet stool so as to be turnable around a horizontal axis 9 and filled with water to seal the discharge opening 4 of the water basin, with water. When a start switch 18 is pushed, a sequence valve 17 and a starting assembly 13 are simultaneously driven, and washing water is ejected from a spout 19 to wash the water basin 3 and the front end 12 of a support plate is retracted from a tongue 11 of the tilting bowl 8 to incline the tilting bowl 8 owing to the weight of the filled water and discharge washing water from a discharge opening 7 at the bottom to the outside. The inclined bowl 8 is returned to the original state through a delaying means 24 owing to the dead weight or an urging spring and the tilting bowl 8 is supported by the front end 12 of the support plate and filled with water again. Accordingly, a flush toilet can be constituted without use of a siphon structure.
