PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the opening and shutting of a door by a worker whose both hands are occupied by forming horizontal-pull opening/shutting type slide door part which can be freely pulled in and out of a door storage space in a door receptacle part by means of an automatic opening and shutting drive unit. SOLUTION: In a door receptacle unit 2, a housing port 22, through which a slide door unit 3 is housed, is arranged on the free end part, which the whole of the inside of the door receptacle unit 2 is formed into a hollow box as a door storage space 23 so as to store the slide door unit 3, and consequently, a combined door unit is formed. According to a sliding movement in the lateral direction along a guide rail, a cargo chamber entrance 11 on the right side can be opening and closed from the free end of the closed door receptacle unit 2. In addition, an opening and closing drive unit 4 is arranged on the side face facing the insider of the cargo chamber in the door receptacle unit 2, and in the part close to its hinge 21, a drive motor 41 is fixed. When the drive motor 41 is rotated in the normal and reverse direction so as to retract a coupling member 31 in the lateral direction, the slide door unit 3 is reciprocated in the lateral direction.
