Abstract:
To provide a boxing device capable of boxing both of a single packaged article and a successive packaged article.SOLUTION: A boxing device (40) comprises: a conveying conveyor (20) that conveys a plurality of packaged articles in order; an accumulation unit (43) that accumulates a single packaged article as an individually independent packaged article, out of the packaged articles conveyed by the conveying conveyor; a folding unit (42) that folds a successive packaged articles obtained by mutually connecting a plurality of packaged articles, out of the packaged articles conveyed by the conveying conveyor; an input unit (44) that inputs the plurality of single packaged articles accumulated at the accumulation unit and the successive packaged articles folded at the folding unit into a box; and a controller that switches over between a single packaging mode for feeding the single packaged articles conveyed by the conveying conveyor to the accumulation unit and a successive packaging mode for feeding them to the folding unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
