Abstract:
To provide a brace connecting metal fitting capable of performing an attachment work more efficiently than conventional ones.SOLUTION: A brace connecting metal fitting which connects a brace bolt to a hanging bolt comprises: a first metal fitting 2, a fastening bolt 4, and a second metal fitting 3. The first metal fitting 2 includes: a first holding portion 10 bent along an outer peripheral face of the hanging bolt; and a pair of first extension portions 11, 11 extending from the first holding portion 10 in a direction where they are perpendicular to each other for connecting the brace bolt. The fastening bolt 4 is inserted into a bolt insertion hole 12 formed in the pair of first extension portions 11, 11, and a nut 5 is mounted to a tip of a shaft portion 4b in advance. When the fastening bolt 4 and the nut 5 are in a non-fastening state, by sliding the second metal fitting 3 in a vertical direction outside the pair of first extension portions 11, 11 of the first metal fitting 2 to move the shaft portion 4b of the fastening bolt 4 forward/backward with respect to a cutout portion 22 of the second metal fitting 3, the second metal fitting 3 can be detached/attached from/to an outside of the first metal fitting 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
