Title:
EAR MICROPHONE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3205166
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To use this microphone under a noisy circumstance by covering a cable led out from the main body part and a bone conduction sensor which converts the bone conducted vibration into an electric signal with a soft cover member to mount them on the external auditory meatus.
CONSTITUTION: A microphone part 7 is inserted into the external auditory meatus to block it. A soft cover member 9 is brought into close contact with the inner wall of the external auditory meatus and, in this state, the main body part 1 is mounted on an auricle. A plug 5 is connected to the external equipment. Thus, the sound of voice of the user is detected by a piezoelectric element 8 as the vibration of the inner wall of the external auditory meatus and is converted into the electric signal. The sound signal is outputted through a cable 6 and a microphone terminal part 5a of the plug 5 to the external equipment. Thus, the device can serve as a microphone. The electric signal inputted to the coil of the loudspeaker 3 from the external equipment through the loudspeaker terminal 5b of the plug 5 and the cable 6 is converted into the sound of voice by vibrating the cone of the loudspeaker 3 and is outputted from a perforated part 2a of a case 2 to the external auditory meatus.
