Abstract:
PURPOSE: To secure strength and improve a degree of freedom of design by properly giving a shape to a bracket for an engine mount with an open sided installation plate part integrally formed on it by way of applying both of aluminium extrusion molding and forging on a collar part filled with a cushion material.
CONSTITUTION: A basic shape of a bracket with a collar part 1 and an open sided installation plate part 2 is formed by aluminium extrusion molding, and a reinforcing rib 6 is formed on it by forging processing.
