To provide a bracket body which enables a support of a guard fence and a beam or a crosspiece of a panel to easily connected together, which is excellent in working efficiency associated with connecting work, which can also be used for diverse road grades and road alignments, which can reduce member costs and which improves the view of the guard fence, and the guard fence.

The bracket body comprises a bracket fixed to the beam or crosspiece of the guard fence, and a bracket band connected to the support: the bracket can be connected to the bracket band, and rotated around a connecting portion; and the bracket band can be connected to the support, and rotated around the support. The bracket band comprises a C-shaped approximately-tubular supporting body fixed to the support, and a pair of side plates extended to the other side of the supporting body from both edges of the supporting body. The side plate is provided with a connecting protrusion fitted into a connecting hole; the connecting protrusion is provided with a through-hole through which a bolt can pass; and an interval not larger than the outside diameter of the support can also be set between the pair of side plates.
