Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the weight and manufacturing cost, by forming a bracket from plastic material and integrally forming the bracket with vibrationproof rubber body.
CONSTITUTION: An inner cylinder 5 and a vibrationproof rubber body 2 which consists of an insulator 1 having the inner cylinder 5 inside are provided. In the vicinity of the engagement part 10 with the bracket 3 of the insulator 1, a fillet part 11 is formed so as to cover the insulator holding part 33 of the bracket 3. The vibrationproof rubber body 2 having the such constitution is installed in a metal mold, and the plastic having the reinforcing fibers is poured into the space formed by the vibrationproof rubber 2, core part for accommodating the vibrationproof rubber body 2, etc., and an outer mold part, etc., and a bracket 3 is molded. Accordingly, a bracket integration type engine mount in the integration between the vibrationproof rubber body 2 and the bracket 3 can be formed. Further, in such the constitution, the insulator holding part 33 is formed from a smooth curved surface, and does not form a sharp edge, etc.
