A base part 22 having an insertion hole 23 in the same direction as the axial direction of a holding part is formed integrally with a bracket body 2 having a cylindrical holding part 21, and a leg member 3 is fitted in an insertion state in the insertion hole. The insertion hole is served as a guide to regulate the mounting angle of the leg member, and the mounting angle of the leg member with the holding part is univocally determined. The leg member 3 is axially divided into two division bodies 33, and an axially overlapping overlap part 35 is formed at each division body. In such a state that the overlap part is positioned in an insertion hole, the leg member is fitted in the insertion hole, and a fastening member 4 is inserted across the peripheral wall of a base part and the overlap part.
