Abstract:
PURPOSE: To avoid end breakage of yarn by smoothly dividing yarns with progress of a yarn dividing member after stop of traveling of a bobbin carrier.
CONSTITUTION: In a braider, when traveling of a bobbin carrier C is stopped in the middle of braiding, a yarn dividing device S is advanced in order to revolve or move a mandrel in a given amount and plural yarns Y drawn out from the bobbin carrier C by a yarn dividing member are opened and divided in the vertical direction, in order to make the yarn Y not be positioned at the front of the yarn dividing member, namely a chain line W during stop of traveling of the bobbin carrier C, a drive stopping device is worked only in detection of a pulse signal based on screening of light rays from a projection member by an engaging shaft C1 of the bobbin carrier C which is running immediate after sending a stop signal of a main body Bb of the braider Bb to the drive stopping device, the traveling of the bobbin carrier is stopped to make the yarn Y not be positioned on the chain line W.
