Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a braider so designed that suborbits are connected, via induction devices, to a braider orbit on which a bobbin carrier travels to concentratedly exchange between empty bobbins and full-loaded bobbins to automatically conduct rapid bobbin exchange.
CONSTITUTION: In a braider B designed to assemble, into a braid b on a mandrel m, yarns delivered from bobbins mounted on a bobbin carrier C traveling on an orbit U1 engraved on an upper plate U, the suborbits h2, h2' on horizontal plates H, H formed on both sides of the braider B are connected, via changeover points j1, j1' to the orbit U1 and induction devices T, T' are set up with the changeover points j1, j1' sandwiched in between. When a bobbin gets empty as a braid b assembly proceeds, the bobbin carrier C is induced and put on the suborbits h2, h2' via the induction devices T, T' followed by stopping driving the braider B. The empty bobbin is then exchanged for a full-loaded bobbin followed by reopening driving the braider B, and the bobbin carrier C is then returned onto the orbit U1 to reopen the assembly operation for the braid b.
