Abstract:
To detect a state of a road surface that a vehicle is to travel in advance, and to perform brake control adaptive to the state of the road surface.SOLUTION: A brake control device for bar-handle vehicle comprises a control part 20 which controls fluid pressure of wheel brakes F, R of the bar-handle vehicle, and an imaging part 30 which images a road surface in front of the vehicle. The brake control device for bar-handle vehicle comprises a road surface state recognition part 201 which recognizes a road surface state based on imaging information obtained by the imaging part 30, and a storage part 240 which stores the road surface state recognized by the road surface state recognition part 201. The control part 20 is configured to control the fluid pressure, when the latest road surface state recognized by the road surface state recognition part 201 is different from the road surface state stored in the storage part 240, based on the latest road surface state or the road surface state stored in the storage part 240.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
