Abstract:
To provide a brake control device capable of enhancing reliability of a railway vehicle.SOLUTION: A brake control device 1 includes a BCU 10, a relay valve 2 which is connected to an air tank T and outputs compressed air to a brake cylinder with a pressure according to a predetermined command pressure, and a command pressure output circuit 3 which is connected to the air tank T and outputs the compressed air to the relay valve 2 with a command pressure according to a brake command signal. The command pressure output circuit 3 includes a main-system circuit 30 and a backup-system circuit 31 connected to the air tank T in parallel, and a change-over solenoid valve 32 which outputs any one of output of the main-system circuit 30 and output of the backup-system circuit 31 to the relay valve.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
