Abstract:
PURPOSE:To fix a brake gear easily to a mating machine by a method wherein it is suitable for a winding machine and movable parts such as an attracting element or a brake spring, etc. are designed not to be exposed to the outside of a brake case. CONSTITUTION:An electromagnetic attraction mechanism 7 is equipped by screws 8a, 8b... at the bottm of a brake case 6 fixed to the frame 1 of a mating machine through a collar part 6a, one end of a fixing element 7a is exposed to a hole 6b at the bottom part of the case and an attracting element 7b is projected into the case 6. A brake disk 9 is fixed to the point of this attracting element 7b through a pin 11, a connecting furniture 10, the brake disk is energized by brake springs 13 mounted on a plurality of guide pins 12a... arranged vertically at the bottom part of the case in such a direction those brake wheels 14, 15 are pinched. The brake wheels 14, 15 are fixed to the external periphery of a boss 19 tied up with a damped shaft 2 through a spline 2a so that it can move axially.
