Title:
BRAKE VALVE WITHOUT SPOOL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS56160470
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a brake valve without a spool, by constructing a hydraulic circuit in which check valves are pushed by a hydraulic piston. CONSTITUTION:Check valves 5, 6 are provided between grooves 1, 4 connected to ports at the side of a hydraulic motor, and grooves 2, 3 connected to ports at the side of a hydraulic pump. Oil flow is stopped by the seats of the check valves 5, 6. The check valve 5 is pushed by oil pressure of 100kg/cm<2>, for example, when a vehicle is stopped on a slope. To move the vehicle downward of the slope, oil is supplied from the groove 3 to thrust a pistion 7 by oil pressure of about 25kg/cm<2> (the cross-sectional area of the check valves 5, 6 is equal to a quarter of that of the piston 7) to push the check valve 5. The vehicle is thus slowly moved downward on the slope. Since no spool is provided, the vehicle never unexpectedly runs due to the defectiveness of spool.
