PURPOSE: To reduce a burden on a brake by regenerating an energy by accumulating rotation energy at the time of braking in one of plural energy accumulation means by priority.
CONSTITUTION: When an energy accumulation condition in a first energy accumulation means M4 exceeds a set value based on comparison of a value detected by a first energy accumulation condition detecting means M1 with a set value for the energy accumulation condition for the first energy accumulation means M4, a rotation energy at the time of braking is distributed to a second energy accumulation means M5 by an energy distribution means M3 to be converted into an energy source. This means that the rotation energy generated at the time of braking is distributed by the energy distribution means M3, and accumulated in either accumulation means M4, M5, so energy loss in braking can be reduced. Motion energy of a vehicle can thus be regenerated to an oil pressure, thereby a burden on a brake can be reduced.
