Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a braking hydraulic pressure control device of load response type where abnormal noise by vibration of a lever hardly occurs even if axle housing for a rear wheel vibrates and a degree of freedom for setting braking force distribution for the front and rear wheels is large.
SOLUTION: A lever pivoted to a housing mounted to one of a rear wheel side member and a car body side member interconnected via a suspension system is butted on a piston by a spring force corresponding to the interval between the rear wheel side member and the car body side member using a spring member interposed between a free end of the lever and the other of the rear wheel side member and the car body side member, and the braking hydraulic pressure supplied from a master cylinder is reduced in response to a superimposed load and supplied to a wheel cylinder for the rear wheel. Even when a vehicle runs on an uneven road surface to vibrate the rear wheel side member and the lever separates from or contacts with the piston, the lever abuts on a damping member before abutting on the piston. Therefore, collision speed of the lever against the piston is reduced, and abnormal noise hardly occurs.
