PURPOSE: To enable efficiently and completely building of a lining even to a branch pipe having a steep slope or hugeness or a sharp bend.

CONSTITUTION: A branch pipe lining material 15 is constituted by fitting an end of a peeling tube 7 to the vicinity of a collar 4 of a tubutar lining material 1 where it is comprised by impregnating with curing resin, coating the inside and outside surfaces with a film 3 having high airtightness and forming the cured collar 4 on one end of the tubular lining material 1. After an end of an outside tube 11 is fitted to the vicinity of the collar 4 of the tubular lining material 1 and the curing resin is cast within the outside tube 11, the tubular lining material 1 is vacuum-drawn and the tubular lining material 1 is impregnated with the curing resin while inverting and inserting the outside tube 11 into the tubular lining material 1, through which the branch lining material 15 is manufactured.
