A pair of disc-like rotation bodies 10 rotationally driven by a drive source and located on both width direction sides of floating-sinking type branch guide rails 5, 7 are provided on the track side as the rail lifting mechanism 8 for lifting the guide rails 5, 7, and a crankshaft 12 abutting on the guide rails 5, 7 from the lower side to support the rails 5, 7 are provided across both rotation bodies 10. The rotation bodies 10 are constituted to rotate between a rail lifting position of placing the crankshaft 12 in a position exceeding the top dead center by an angle α to lift the guide rails 5, 7, and a rail lowering position of locating the crankshaft 12 at the bottom dead center to hold the guide rails 5, 7 between both rotation bodies.
