The Cu brazing filler layer 4 is 20-350 μm in thickness, and the Fe+Co brazing filler layers 3, 3 are 2-20 μm in thickness, respectively, the tip Cu diffusion layer 1 is 20-200 μm in thickness, and the holder Cu diffusion layer 2 is 20-200 μm in thickness.
