Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the gas ventilation at the time of brazing a brazed honeycomb panel, to prevent the lowering of a shear strength of a honeycomb core and to improve the fatigue strength of the honeycomb panel.
SOLUTION: In the aluminum brazed honeycomb panel composed of the honeycomb cores having hexagonal columnar cell, shapes arranged around the honeycomb core, wavy spacers 5b interposed between the honeycomb cores and shapes and faced plates 6a, 6b arranged to the upper and the lower surfaces of the honeycomb cores, shapes and spacers and braze-joined with these pieces, gas ventilating holes are arranged to the projecting surface 1 and the recessed surface 2 mutually braze-joining the honeycomb core. The gas ventilating holes are not arranged to the intermediate surfaces 3 which do not mutually braze-join the honeycomb cores, and the gas ventilating holes or slits for gas ventilation are arranged to the spacers.
