PURPOSE: To increase the contact area with a brazing filler metal and to improve sticking strength as well as to prevent penetration of the brazing filler metal in hole diameters by bending the skeletal terminals on the brazing surface of a sponge-like metallic body into an L shape.

CONSTITUTION: The free ends 3 of plural skeletal terminals 2 on the brazing surface of a porous sponge-like metallic body are bent into an L shape. The brazing surface of the body 1 and a body 4 to be adhered are brought into contact with each other and a brazing filler metal 5 is poured between the same thereby fixing both members. The spaces in the body 1 are closed by the free ends 3 and clogging is obviated without penetration of the metal 5 into hole diameters 6 by the above-mentioned method; moreover, the body 1 is securely fixed to the body 4.
