Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a bread baking device which can make several kinds of bread by single device.
CONSTITUTION: The device is provided with an operating means 11 having plural cooking courses in accordance with the kind of bread to be made, and for selecting the cooking course, and a control means 10 for executing a prescribed course in accordance with the course selected by the operating means 11, and controlling electric conduction to a heater 8 in accordance with a temperature of a bread baking mold 4 detected by a temperature detecting means 20 in each process.
