Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the generation of particulates of bread making materials received in a mixing bag in kneading.
SOLUTION: The bread maker includes an upper kneading drum and a lower kneading drum retaining upper end part and lower end part of the mixing bag respectively, which includes an opening part in the upper area receiving bread making materials and formed along the both side end parts and a sealed part in the lower area of the opening part; a drive part normally/inversely rotating the kneading drums; a baking tray provided between the upper kneading drum and the lower kneading drum; and an oven chamber formed between the baking tray and the upper kneading drum. This bread maker includes a control part controlling the drive part to prevent the opening part of the mixing bag, when kneading the bread making materials, from being exposed to the oven chamber inside.
