Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a break system capable of omitting an inspection work performed by an operator, and enhancing work efficiency after break.SOLUTION: Break devices 18, 21 break a substrate G2 in which a first substrate and a second substrate are stuck, for creating a substrate unit G3. The break devices 18, 21 execute a step for breaking an end part of the first substrate which faces a terminal, for exposing the terminal formed on the second substrate, in creation of the substrate unit G3. The end part broken by the break device 18, 21 is separated from the substrate unit G3 in a transport step of the substrate unit G3. Inspection parts 25, 29 inspects that the terminal is exposed, since the end part has been separated from the substrate unit G3, and separates the substrate unit G3 from a transport path if the terminal of the substrate unit is not exposed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
