This breast-shaped pillow is formed by filling a surface member 15 made of a synthetic resin or rubber with a cushioning material 16 to form a pillow main body 11, and covering the pillow main body 11 with a cloth cover as necessary. The pillow main body 11 has a configuration in which two inverted-bowl-shaped raised parts 12, 12 held at a predetermined interval are connected together by a low valley 13, i.e., the configuration of breasts as a whole. A nipple-shaped microprojection 14 is desirably provided at the top of each raised part 12.
