Abstract:
This moisture permeable film has an air permeability of 50-5000 s/100mL, a tensile elasticity in the machine direction of 60-150MPa, a seepage area of less than 30% and a heatproof temperature of 160°C or greater, and comprises a resin composition which contains, in prescribed content ratios: a resin component that contains (A) a straight-chain polyethylene resin having a density of 0.910-0.929 g/cm3, (B) a polyethylene resin having a density of 0.930-0.965 g/cm3, (C) a high-pressure polymerized low-density polyethylene and having a density of 0.910-0.929 g/cm3 and (D) a propylene homopolymer; (E) an inorganic filler; and (F) a plasticizer. A moisture permeable film can be provided which, while being extremely thin and light, has excellent breathability and moisture permeability, and which further has excellent mechanical properties in the machine direction, liquid leakage resistance and heat resistance.
