Abstract:
A laminated sheet made by bonding a nonwoven fabric to a non-porous waterproof, windproof and moisture permeable film. The bonding may be carried out by hot pressing in combination with a hot-melt adhesive and the laminated sheet may have a water vapor transmission rate of 1,000 to 10,000 g/m2 .h. The laminated sheet may be further bonded to a face fabric, making the resulting structure particularly suitable for use in the construction of garments.
