Abstract:
PURPOSE: To convey and install the rubber materials to an abutment and manufacture and test easily by laying out a plurality of rubber supports so that they may approach each other and fixing upper support plates and lower supporting plats thus installed over upper metal plates and lower metal plates in each adjacent rubber support.
CONSTITUTION: A lower lock projection 3 is fixed with the bottom of a lower metal plate 2 while the lower part is fitted in a lower lock hole 5 of a lower supporting plate 4. Then, a rubber layer 6 is fixed with the top of the lower metal plate 2. An upper metal plate 8 having an upper lock projection 7 is fixed with the top of the rubber layer 6. The upper lock projection 7 of the upper metal plate 8 is fitted in an upper engagement hole 10 of an upper support plate 9. A plurality of bridge support elastic supports 11 are mounted on the same surface side by side in such a way that they may approach each other. The upper metal plate 2 is loaded on the lower supporting plate 4 of each elastic support 11. Then, the lower lock projection 3 of the lower metal plate 2 is fitted in the lower lock hole 5 of the lower supporting plate 4. The upper lock projection 7 of the upper metal plate 2 is fitted in the upper lock hole 10 of the upper metal plate 8, thereby constituting a bridge supporting device.
