PURPOSE: To fold up a bridge section automatically and without danger, concerning an emergency bridge which is loaded on a transport vehicle, moved to an optional place, and emergently installed across a river on a ground gap.
CONSTITUTION: This bridge section folding up and developing device is constituted of two main girder 13, 13 which are combined with right and left both ends of a bridge floor board 11 through hinges 12, 12 and rotationally movable, and rollers 15, 15 which are provided in the vicinity of the lower end angle parts of both outside of the main girders 13, 13 and can be rolled in the lateral direction. The rollers 15, 15 are positioned inside the perpendiculars of the centers of gravity and the hinges 12, 12 of the main girders 13, 13, and projected below the lower ends of the main girders 13, 13.
