Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the lubricant contamination of rolls supporting a belt running between a press roll and a press shoe.
CONSTITUTION: A belt 4 supplied with a lubricating oil from a lubricating oil tank 8 is placed at the lowest part between a press roll 1 and a press shoe 7. The belt 4 is supported by plural rolls 20 to form a continuous loop under the press roll. A lubricating face protection belt 18 for supporting the lubricating face of the belt 4 except for the pressing part is placed at the inside of the loop of the belt 4 in a state to closely contact with the belt 4. Accordingly, the contamination of the supporting rolls 20 for the belt 4 with scattering lubricating oil can be prevented.
