Title:
BROADBAND CONVERTER CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3184417
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a broadband converter circuit manufactured simply in a smaller size, in which broadband RF signal is processed.
CONSTITUTION: The circuit is a circuit applying prescribed convert processing to received 1st and 2nd signals and has a major side and a rear side, four copper foil layers 61, 63, 67, 65 formed on the major side and the rear side of two Teflon(R) layers 62, 66 suitable for RF signal processing are provided. The circuit is made up of a multi-layer printed circuit board 60 consisting of the two Teflon(R) layers 62, 66 and a glass epoxy layer 64 inserted between rear sides of the layers 62, 66, and of RF processing circuit (LO1, LO2, MIX1-3, LNA1, 2, IF AMP1, 2 or the like) arranged on thin film conductor layers 61, 67 on the front side of the Teflon(R) layers 62, 66 and applying prescribed convert processing to an input signal.
