The brown rice health food comprises raw brown rice with husk or without husk, and is eaten raw as it is, or in powdery state, or after processed through soaking it in water in such a degree as not to break their cells, alternatively eaten without processing such as heating, cooking with water or steaming, or eaten after soaking the raw brown rice or germinated brown rice in water without processing such as heating, cooking with water, or steaming in a germinated state or before or after germination.
