This browser system for reading a web page on a internet equips a parser that interprets tags in a HTML document on a web page, A Browser system is provided with a screen changing module calculating the multification factor of the screen size comparing the lateral designated screen size by a user with the lateral screen size of a HTML document and a layouter which decides the screen layout of the Web page and makes the Web page display on the screen output device.
