Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brush bristle material in which one brush bristle material has a function for suppressing or preventing generation of static electricity during processing of a workpiece.SOLUTION: One string of a brush bristle material 1 is formed by braiding a static electricity prevention brush bristle material 2 as a linear brush bristle material for suppressing or preventing generation of static electricity and one or more strings of the other brush bristle material 3 which is formed into a linear shape with material different from the static electricity prevention brush bristle material 2 (for example, metal, resin, animal fiber, plant fiber, paper, rubber, etc.). By virtue of the static electricity prevention brush bristle material 2, generation of static electricity may be suppressed or prevented during processing of a workpiece. In addition, by changing the number of the static electricity prevention brush bristle material 2 and the brush bristle material 3 to be braided, the brush bristle material 1 is easily provided with a desired thickness, stiffness, and strength properties.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
