PURPOSE: To reduce the damage of the surface of a body to be electrified and to prevent scraps from remaining between contacts and prevent a machine oil and a cutting oil from being stuck to contacts, by blocking contacts into a continuous loop on a base and rubbing the surface of the body to be electrified with bending parts of contacts.
CONSTITUTION: Many contacts 11 are radially blocked on a cylindrical base 10 to constitute a roll-shaped brush electrifies electrode 12, and a surface 13a of a body 13 to be electrified 13 is rubbed with contacts 11 and a voltage is applied to them to electrify the surface 13a of the body 13 to be charged. Contacts 12 are blocked into a continuous loop on a base cloth 16 woven out of warp 14 and woof 15 around the base, and this base cloth 16 is stuck to the base 10. Thus, the surface 13a of the body 13 to be electrified 13 is rubbed with approximately U-shaped bending parts 11a of contacts 11 to prevent the damage of the surface 13a of the body 13 to be electrified.
