The pressing handle part 4 connected with the half-cylindrical pressing brush part 2 is provided through a supporting point part 5 rotatably and axially fitted to the main body handle part 3 connected to the cylindrical main body brush part 1. Then, the recessed surface of the part 2 forms a same circumference as that of the projecting surface of the part 1. By simultaneously grasping the part 3 and the part 4 provided through the part 5 at the time of using this, hair is inserted between the part 1 and the part 2 connected to them and is curled by rotating the brush along the circumference of the part 1.
