A brush holder 22 includes: a first end that holds brushes 23 and 24 for feeding an armature; a second end E2 that is provided on an opposite side of the first end and holds terminals 25 and 26 that are connected to the respective brushes 23 and 24 through pigtails 40; and cutouts 41 and 42 which penetrate from the first end to the second end E2 and open to an outer circumferential side and through which connecting sections 25b and 26b, of the respective terminals 25 and 26, with the pigtails 40 connected thereto are passed.
