Abstract:
To provide a brush-shaped grinding tool and deburring and polishing methods, capable of extremely easily performing deburring and polishing in relation to a small-diameter hole and a small-width groove.
A plurality of linear bodies 1 formed by impregnating a collective yarn of inorganic long fiber with binder resin and hardening it are bound in a state where each one end is free, a brush-shaped grinding tool 5 having the free end taken as a deburring and polishing part is inserted into a punched hole and moved in the hole while being rotated by taking an arranging direction of the linear bodies 1 as a rotational axis, and deburring and polishing are performed by the free end.
