Abstract:
PURPOSE: To not only enhance reliability and cost reduction of brushes but also prevent the breakage of lead wire.
CONSTITUTION: A pressure-formed carbon brush 3 is perpendicular to a surface 3b that contacts commutators. A cut 16 is provided to hold a lead wire 12, which is extracted from the rear end 3c of the brush 3, when it is bent in parallel with the rear end surface 3c, and a spacer 17 having a stopper is incorporated between the brush 3 and a coil spring 8.
