Title:
ブラシレスDCモータ
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP4698062
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brushless DC motor which can reduce cogging torque. SOLUTION: A brushless DC motor, which is composed of a rotor 2 mounted with a permanent magnet 3 and a stator 1 having a plurality of slots, has an effective magnetic pole opening angle Q2 of the rotor 2 being set with a prescribed opening angle based on the rotary shaft of that rotor 2 and a magnetic pole projection opening angle Q3 being given within that effective pole-opening angle Q2, and each opening angle is set so that the cogging torque generated by the effective pole-opening angle Q2 and the cogging torque generated by the magnetic pole protrusion opening angle Q3 is mutually out of phase.
