To supply a brushless motor controller which transmits brushless electric motor phase excitation switching information via a pair of (or two) transmission lines.
The brushless electric motor controller includes a phase excitation switching signal output substrate side transformer 4 having a phase excitation switching signal output substrate side signal winding 4a, and phase excitation switching signal output substrate side power source windings 4b, 4c connected to a power source voltage supply line 6, disposed on a phase excitation switching signal output substrate body 2, and driver side coupling capacitors 3a, 3b; and a driver side choke coil 5 connected to a power source voltage supply line 6, disposed on a driver body 1. Thus, serially converted phase excitation switching information SCS is superposed on the pair of (or two) power source voltage supply lines 6, and can be transmitted from the phase excitation switching signal output substrate side signal winding 4a to the driver body 1.
