Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain magnetic attraction force of a rotor with respect to a brushless motor mounting plate while reducing the number of components and to reduce brushless motor vibration.SOLUTION: In a brushless motor of outer rotor type, a mounting plate 4 comprises: a body part projecting radially outside from the outer periphery of a rotor holder, having first to third actual machine mounting holes 44, 45, 46, and in which a bearing hold member 6 is located on an imaginary straight line connecting the first actual machine mounting hole and the second actual machine mounting hole; and an arcuate part 43 projecting in an arcuate form radially outward around a center axis from an area opposite the third actual mounting hole on the imaginary line in the body part. The mounting plate includes: a flat plate part 47 on which a circuit board is arranged; a body-part proximity part 42A formed in the body part; and an arcuate-part proximity part 43A formed in the arcuate part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
