Title:
BRUSHLESS MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2017063610
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance reliability of a motor, by sealing an adhesive for fixing a magnet in an IPM motor, thereby preventing motor failure due to exfoliation of residual adhesive.SOLUTION: A brushless motor 1 has an IPM constitution where a magnet 18 is housed in a rotor 3 and fixed in place. The rotor 3 has a rotor core 16, a magnet housing hole 17, a magnet 18, rotor caps 41, 42, and a core spacer 43. The rotor caps 41, 42 are provided, as an adhesive avoidance part, oppositely to the magnet housing hole 17, and has a recess 48 formed like a circumferential groove in the circumferential direction so as to close the magnet housing hole 17. Residual adhesive accumulates in the recess 48, and is sealed therein.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
