Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a magnet from coming off at low cost and without lowering a motor performance.
CONSTITUTION: A rotor 10 of this brushless motor having permanent magnets provided in the outer periphery of a shaft 11 has an arbitrary number of maximum radius parts 12a, 13a, 14a, 15a in the outer periphery of permanent magnets 12, 13, 14, 15 and a non-magnetic material pipe 16 covering the outer periphery of the permanent magnets is formed so as to be smaller than the maximum radius parts and to be fitted in these parts.
